Payment Security Compliances - FormPay X HubSpot

We take data security very seriously and are committed to protecting our clients and their customers information. We are very positive about the security measures we have implemented to ensure the safety and privacy of all transactions processed through our platform.

Encryption and Data Protection

We are a payment enabler and use payment infrastructure & integration provided by trusted payment providers. We do not store any sensitive information or data as we do not facilitate our own custom-hosted checkout, all these checkouts are directly hosted on payment gateways.

Despite refraining to use, transfer, or store any sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, and personal information; we still use encryption. All payment processing keys and payment providers’ tokens are encrypted and secured in the database secured by AES-256-bit encryption.

PCI Compliance & GDPR

We do not use, transfer or store any credit card information or sensitive data. Although, the payment providers we use, are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) & Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS).

We are happy to serve our EU clients as a top priority and, we have GDPR compliance to ensure confidentiality and meet the security standards for EU (European Union) & the European Economic Area.

SSL & ISO

The servers are secured by standard SSL security for establishing an encrypted link between FormPay and the client. We use SSL encryption everywhere (Browser, Payment Providers, FormPay, & HubSpot). We regularly monitor our server systems to ensure that they meet the highest security standards.

The set of security standards is designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

FormPay developer, MakeWebBetter is registered under ISO 27001:2013, abiding by the regulatory requirements for information technology.

Multi-Factor Authentication

We avail the OAuth authentication and token functionality of every payment provider including HubSpot CRM payments, merchant accounts, and payment gateway that we use. To secure data, we have AES symmetric-key encryption for all our U.S. clients.

Plus, we also use multi-factor authentication to ensure that only authorized users have access to our platform (this includes FormPay sign-up using HubSpot credentials only).

Money-Laundering & Fraud Prevention

As a HubSpot payment provider, we are very strict to guarantee the safety of sensitive information and data, this is why we have a strict monitoring system that periodically checks for any security breaches or threats.

We have implemented a range of fraud prevention measures to protect our clients from fraudulent transactions. Our system is designed to detect and prevent suspicious activity, and we regularly review our transaction data to identify any potential fraud.

We protect and prevent leakage, session fixation, and cross-site request forgery; by using the browser defaults.

We are Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations compliant. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to secure all data transmitted through our platform (which are login credentials, email, contacts, transaction information, client information, and other data).

Third-Party Integrations

FormPay is similar to HubSpot payment integration but has so much more. Our platform integrates with multiple payment gateways to facilitate transactions between our clients and their customers. We only work with reputable payment gateway providers (Adyen, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayU, RazorPay, and Stripe) and payment service provider Authorize.net, who are also committed to maintaining the highest security standards.

We regularly keep in touch with our third-party payment providers and apply patches & upgrades whenever and wherever required by the providers.

Data Backups

All of our data is stored in AWS storage systems and they have regular backups enabled on their end. Therefore, we always have data backups ready to be issued whenever ask of us by the client. This also prevents data loss and server failure at times.
